Set-up checklist: from creating the restaurant to the first scan

Six things in order, and the tab of the app each is done in.

Create the restaurantApp homeName, address, currency, default language. The default language decides which language the menu content is written in first.
InitialisePrompt after creationSets up a default menu and one area.
Pick dishesDishes“Pick from the dish library”; several can be chosen at once.
CheckDishesOpen each dish and check price, spiciness and allergens.
Arrange the menuMenusStart from a template and assign dishes to sections; give start and end times to sections served at set hours.
Print codesTablesCreate tables and generate the QR codes. Scan one yourself and see the menu before printing.
