Data note: two encodings of the five phases

The ingredient library encodes the five phases in Chinese, the dish facet on restaurant nodes in English; convert when crossing between them.

One concept is written in two ways in the system; take care when retrieving data:

Nature (热, 温, 平, 凉, 寒) and flavours (辛, 甘, 酸, 苦, 咸) use Chinese codes everywhere. Convert for display according to the page language; do not translate the codes in storage or exchange.
